USD 19 per month
The proposed plan covers client access to submit jobs for review and start hiring conversations. Business and individual job approval are still required. Registration includes a 14-day trial from account creation. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge is scheduled after the trial. If you already have a paid period, a new subscription starts after that period. The exact first charge and recurring USD 19 monthly price appear on PayPal before approval.
Payments recur monthly until cancelled. PayPal may apply currency conversion or other fees; review the total and exchange rate before approving. This fee pays for Tandemly marketplace access, not worker wages. Tandemly does not process salaries or hold wages in escrow.
Confirmation and access
Access beyond the trial begins only after a successful payment verified with PayPal. Approving a subscription alone does not confirm a payment. A pending or failed charge does not extend paid access. After your trial or paid period ends, new hiring actions require an active paid period once subscription enforcement is enabled. Existing conversations remain available subject to business review and account safety rules. Current beta access continues while collection and enforcement are closed.
Cancel before your next renewal
Cancel any time before your next scheduled charge in PayPal & billing or in PayPal automatic payments. Once PayPal confirms the cancellation, future renewals stop. You keep paid access through the end of your current billing period, subject to account rules. There is no advance notice period.
Refund policy
Monthly payments are nonrefundable for a change of mind once Tandemly has provided paid access. Cancelling does not give a partial refund for unused days in the current billing period. Tandemly reviews duplicate or incorrect charges and payments for which it could not provide access. Refunds required by applicable law remain available.
For a refund review, email tandemly.support@gmail.com with your account email, PayPal transaction reference and reason. Tandemly issues approved refunds through the original PayPal transaction and records them once PayPal confirms them. A full refund or reversal removes the paid period funded by that payment.
